CANCELLATION POLICY

✨ Rustic Roots No-Show, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy ✨ I completely understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be changed. However, as a private salon, each appointment time is reserved specifically for each client. When an appointment is cancelled, rescheduled, or missed at the last minute, that time often cannot be filled by another client. To protect my time, schedule, and small business, the following policy applies: 🚨 NO-SHOWS If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without contacting me, a **50% fee of the projected appointment total will automatically be charged to the card on file.** Future appointments may not be booked until the fee has been paid. 📅 LATE CANCELLATIONS Cancellations made with **less than 24 hours' notice** will result in an automatic **50% charge of the projected appointment total** to the card on file. When an appointment is cancelled at the last minute, I typically do not have enough time to fill that opening with another client. This fee helps compensate for the time that was reserved specifically for you. 🔄 REPEATED RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS If you repeatedly cancel or reschedule appointments, a **50% deposit of the projected appointment total will be required before another appointment can be booked.** This deposit will be applied toward your appointment total. The deposit must be paid at the time of booking in order to secure your appointment. If that appointment is later cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or is a no-show, the deposit may be forfeited and the applicable cancellation policy will apply. Repeated changes to the same appointment may also result in the deposit requirement. 💳 WHY DO I CHARGE A FEE? This policy is not meant to punish anyone. As a private salon, I reserve a specific amount of time exclusively for each client. When that time is missed or cancelled too late to fill the opening, I lose the opportunity to schedule another client during that time. The 50% fee helps compensate for the time and income that was reserved for your appointment and allows me to continue running my business while keeping appointment times available for my clients. ❤️ EMERGENCIES I understand that genuine emergencies can happen, and **emergencies are the exception to this policy.** If an unexpected emergency occurs, please communicate with me as soon as possible. Emergency situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis. I truly appreciate everyone who respects my time, my schedule, and my small business.
